Mornin' Ya'll

Its gonna be a gorgeous day today here in West Texas! I started off this mornin' with a fresh cup of brew and visiting wonderful artisans fanpages...I fell in love with so many items from tiny turquoise sterling earstuds to wonderful scenic photography!! I'm convinced that my home is gonna be filled with so many ETSY handmade goods!

Today I had the chance to list one of my new recycled/upcycled Cowgirl Tuff Cuff Wrist Wear!! I feel in love with Renagade!




Wonderful piece of floral and acorn tooled leather from an old belt is reborn as a great cuff topped with a large authentic western star concho with a pearl snap closure.



Now its time to enjoy some of this gorgeous sunshine!!

TGIF!!!

Whew, I had one long week full of fun and excitement!! I've really enjoyed this week, I had three sells, two custom orders, and someone question me about wholesale on my Cocky Cowgirl Crosses!! I'm like Whoa Nelly...I'm just gettin' use to all this...gimme some time to get this all figured out! LOL!!

Aside from the hustle and bustle, I managed to squeeze in some time to make my first ETSY Treasury, "Like The Desert Misses The Rain"...and I must say..it turned out pretty darn good..If I do say so myself!! (If you would like to see the full Treasury, click here.)




'Like The Desert Misses The Rain', ever missed something so much that you long for it...hoping one day you will see it again. I've grown to love things so deeply, and once my eyes set on it..I long to remember..and think..what happened? My treasury reminds me of things I've seen..what I've touched and what has been embedded in me..that I miss. I love the mixtures from the most rugged of things to the most eclectic. I dare to be different.

Ok, this was a huge surprise but boy did it make my day!! Woke up that mornin' to find a convo waitin' for me. To my amazement I had to read it several times...and asked myself...can this be real?? So I clicked the link and low and behold..there it was!! I'm deeply grateful for Ziemabir for including me in her treasury

What was I thinkin'?? OK...I thought 'bout it...hesitated...started it...deleted it...thought 'bout it some more...said oh well, what the heck!! Wonderin' what I'm talkin' 'bout?? This whole bloggin' thing!!!! Seems everyone has one nowadays..and yet I ponder as to what I should ramble 'bout...so I said, "Self,...just say whats on your mind!!"...but then again, that could be a bad thing. Im quite outspoken!

Aside from self-promoting my blog (and ramblin' 'bout whats on my mind..hehe), I hope to bring features, promotions from fellow artisans, offer resources and giveaways...plus a lot more.
